BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team in the Greater Phoenix area. We care for children of all ages, from newborns to 21 years of age, in-home and sometimes at school!

Our nurses deliver exceptional care across the continuum.

• Monitor condition of pediatric clients
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document orders from doctors
• Perform client assessments
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to nursing management
• Travel to clients in your local area on a schedule that fits your needs

Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:

• A nursing license in good standing in AZ
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
