Responsibilities

• Foster, expand and leverage a network of excellent client relationships with a focused set of financial sector organizations (consistent with our growth strategy and trajectory).
• Drive the continued growth of ERMs business through recruiting and developing our next generation of leaders.
• Further advance our reputation for supporting the highest profile M&A deals.
• Role Responsibilities: Building long-term client relationships engage closely with infrastructure investor clients (and portfolio companies) to understand their needs and share insights from across ERM; identify, originate, and secure M&A Advisory opportunities in the infrastructure sector; work with other Partners to originate, develop, and secure advisory opportunities to support such clients as they shape their net-zero transition.
• Shaping and leading advisory assignments central to shaping the future direction of sustainability and due diligence services to infrastructure investors; develop and execute novel ways to tailor advice; draw upon ERMs global experience to provide high-quality advice; take senior-level accountability for scope and budget management for project assignments.
• Inspiring leadership mentor and collaborate to guide junior team members, identify skills gaps, and pursue future team development.
• Maintain business health and safety performance standards, financial targets, project budgets and schedules, client satisfaction, internal risk management, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in either a consulting or advisory environment, with substantial work in the finance, energy, and/or infrastructure sectors, including alignment with Low Carbon Economy Transition goals.
• Proven business development acumen with leading organizations in the infrastructure and energy sectors; track record in delivering multi-million-dollar annual sales/programs.
• Track record of technical, commercial, and regulatory deal advice across the sector.
• Experience overseeing the delivery of Technical due diligence assignments.
• Broad understanding of global energy markets and macroeconomic outlooks.
• Ability to develop new client relationships and expand existing relationships through strategic consulting, delivering value and quality service.
• Knowledge of industry business cycles and ability to prioritize sales toward high-potential opportunities.
• Ability to develop commercial strategies to pursue and win new business with ERMs target Finance Sector clients.
• Experience building, growing, and managing a high-performance team; leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to meet business health and safety standards, financial targets, project budgets and schedules, client expectations, and contractual responsibilities.
