• Contract Duration: 12 months + potential to extend
• Part-Time: 20 hours per week
• Worksite Location:  Novi, MI
• Compensation: $19-28/hr

What you’ll do as an Office & Facility Coordinator:

• Oversee daily operations of the office, including mail distribution, supply ordering, and general cleanliness
• Manage seating assignments, desk setup, and name tag creation for employees
• Maintain coffee stations and restock supplies regularly
• Submit invoices and utility bills through COR 360
• Act as liaison with IT for network and A/V support issues
• Coordinate with safety teams to maintain compliance with postings and facility qualifications
• Track and report annual Freon losses
• Partner with finance on lease payments and CAM reconciliations
• Submit service requests and coordinate with the landlord on building maintenance and inspections
• Manage building access, badge creation for new hires, and maintain equipment inventory for tax reporting

What you’ll bring to the Office & Facility Coordinator role:

• Experience supporting office operations and facility coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of IT/A/V support coordination
• Comfort handling vendor relationships and service scheduling
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a part-time, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and invoice submission systems (e.g., COR 360)
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Availability to work onsite in a standard office setting from 8am to noon, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for additional hours
