Job Title: Brand Ambassador / Lead Generator – Costco Locations

Location:

• Tomball, TX
• Richmond, TX

Pay: $15/hour + Commission

Overview:

Are you energetic, outgoing, and love engaging with people? Join our team as a Brand Ambassador / Lead Generator working at Costco Warehouse locations! You'll be the friendly face of Houston Blinds For Less , interacting with members, showcasing our top-quality window coverings, and scheduling FREE In-Home Design Consultations for our expert Design Consultants.

No experience? No problem! We provide full training and all the tools you'll need to succeed in this fun, flexible, and rewarding role.

What You’ll Do:

As a Brand Ambassador or Lead Generation Specialist , you will:

• Work at a Costco booth showcasing Houston Blinds For Less window coverings
• Engage with Costco members walking by, sharing information about our products, services, and promotions
• Schedule complimentary In-Home Design Consultations for our expert Design Consultants
• Build relationships with Costco’s leadership team
• Attend on-going trainings to keep you informed and successful
• Represent our company professionally, honestly, and ethically

 

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in commission sales, retail sales, customer service, or as a brand ambassador is a plus , but not required
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated with strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 4-8 hours at a time
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Able to use a smartphone or iPad for scheduling and communication
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• No experience in window coverings required – we’ll train you!

• Costco – Tomball
• Costco – Richmond

Work Days:

• Thursday 9:45 am - 8:30 pm
• Friday 9:45 am - 8:30 pm
• Saturday 9:15 am - 6:00 pm
• Sunday 9:45 am - 6:00 pm
