Austin Industrial, Inc. - We are currently seeking an experienced Painter Helper to work onsite in Pasadena, TX.This position requires a Valid Driver's License and TWIC Card (must have card). This is a capital maintenance position working 5/10's through December 2024. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for the safe preparation and painting of parts and equipment.Paint products using appropriate skills including, but not limited to, brush, roller, and spray equipment.Use safe working practices as directed.Perform assigned tasks under the direction of Manager or their designate and participates as an effective crewmember.Bring technical problems encountered to the Manager or their designate for resolution.Work to improve efficiency to achieve productivity and delivery goals.Organize and maintain personal and company tools, equipment, and work area in a professional manner.Responsible to follow all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures and programs, including but not limited to the process map, support processes, safety and environmental requirements.Other duties as assigned.Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
