Job Description We are seeking a dynamic individual for an On Call Banquet Server position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, integrity, and accountability. They will lead with inspiration, supporting and encouraging their fellow employees and banquet team to achieve success together. We’re looking for a genuine, caring, and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality. An individual who lets their personality shine through and can be themselves. They feel empowered to make the best decisions for the guest to create an experience and truly connect with them. They have a passion for food and wine and in turn have a high level of wine and food knowledge. 1+ years of banquet service or F&B Service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays. Responsibilities Provide impeccable services to our group and social catering events at the resort and off-property events. Understand people’s situations and feelings and take actions to make it the best experience ever. Create a strong and open communication within the banquet team to ensure seamless service throughout the event.
