National Inspection & Consultants (NIC) is looking for a NAS-410 Level II NDT technician for long term contract opportunity in the Tucson AZ area. The duration of this project is (1) one year with possibility of going longer (extension).
This is an opportunity to work for one of the worlds largest aviation maintenance and repair operations in the world. In this position you will be performing calibrations, NDT tests and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and record results.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work performed with be in an aircraft maintenance hangar, flightline, and Avionics Shop. Exposure to high intensity noise levels, extreme changes in temperatures, electrical charges and radar waves, materials identified on safety data sheets and working around moving machinery.
