Job Summary

We’re seeking fully licensed therapists with experience working with adolescents and young adults to join our pioneering team of clinicians and healthcare tech leaders. This is a part-time contractor opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role as your caseload expands.

The position is remote but does have the ability to utilize the companies provided office space for in-person therapy sessions at no cost. We are looking for an individual with experience and interest working with teens and young adults. We market you, train you on our virtual therapy platform and get you clients that are the best fit for your skill set. Play therapists are welcome to apply.

Hours: Flexible hours with build up of client case load. We want to build your case load!

We are not accepting applicants outside of the United States. This is a position only for fully licensed therapists in the State of Florida.

Responsibilities

· Utilize novel virtual therapy platform to deliver quality therapy sessions.

· Provide in-person counseling at one of our available offices.

· Conduct clinical assessments and provide individualized, quality care/ therapy to clients.

· Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

· Provide counseling and support to individuals, couples, families and/or groups.

· Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address behavioral health challenges.

· Collaborate with other community providers to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment as needed.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

· Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

· Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university

· Candidates must have clinical licensure PsyD, LPC, LMFT, LCSWA, LCSW. Associate level will not be considered for this position.

· Experience working on assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

· Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

· Comfort and familiarity working with younger audience (teens and young adults).

· Comfort with video conferencing tools such as Google Meets or Zoom.

· Proficient in the use of equivalent Electronic Health Record system such as Simple Practice.
