We are a Senior Benefits firm, specializing in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, and Final Expense Life Insurance for senior citizens. Assurity Benefits Group, is one of the top brokerage firms in Georgia and top 25 in the country. We offer an extensive training program for our Benefits Advisers, and offer extremely competitive salary, plus commission contracts with goal achieved contract increases. We are looking to add Medicare agents to our Inbound Call Center in the Valdosta, Ga area. We are looking for enthusiastic, goal driven, individuals, who are ready to take their career to the next level.

This is an Inbound Call Center. NO COLD CALLING. NO OUTBOUND DIALING.

Job Description:

  • Agent will be trained to professionally assist clients in reviewing and enrolling in Medicare Advantage plans/ Medicare Supplement plans/ Prescription Drug Plans/ Health Indemnity Plans/ Dental and Vision ancillary plans/ Final Expense Life Insurance Plans.
  • Reach minimum monthly goal requirements
  • Set follow-up appointments for future enrollment dates and plan reviews

IDEAL CANDIDATES:

  • Previous Call Center experience
  • Familiar with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong Negotiating skills
  • Previous Medicare/ Final Expense sales experience

Position highlights:

  • $400/week SALARY during training period
  • $800/week BASE SALARY + PLUS COMMISSION after training
  • Paid weekly

Position requirements and qualifications:

  • Must hold an active Life and Health Insurance License or obtain prior to applying
  • Positive attitude, Professional Demeanor, Articulate
  • Be Computer Proficient
  • Have reliable transportation to the Valdosta, Ga. area

We are experts in the health insurance and Final Expense Life Insurance market and defined by our outstanding performance. We are looking for top people to join our team and grow with us. Management training and promotion open to anyone who qualifies.

Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm EST, Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base Pay Plus Commission with Unlimited Income Potential

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
