Morgan Insurance Associates, Inc. is seeking full time enthusiastic Sales Representatives that have a passion for partnering with the Medicare population to assess their healthcare needs and build a comprehensive plan benefit option. In this job you will:

• Match consumers need a variety of name brand Insurance carrier's products using a consumer-centric selling approach.

• Participate in inbound call campaigns in order to service prospective clientele.

• Maintain and Service your book of business efficiently.

• Work Independently and within a team environment to achieve sales and contact target goals daily.

• Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must exhibit confidence and model high level of professionalism and integrity
• Excellent level of personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
• Valid Health Insurance License

• Proficient in navigation multiple computer programs while providing a perfect consumer experience

• Available to work full-time
