Health Center Physician Employer: A California physician-owned professional corporation (the “PC”). Administrative Agent: VitalCheck Wellness Inc. (non-clinical support only). ** Location:** San Francisco, CA 94105. ** Job Type:** W-2, Part-Time. ** Schedule:** 2 days a week (Mondays and Tuesdays; 7:45am-5:30pm). ** Pay Range:** Starting at 140,000 per year. Full Description VitalCheck Wellness, as administrative agent for the PC, is looking for a Physician to work in an established corporate wellness clinic in San Francisco, CA . This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working in a corporate wellness clinic where you will have the ability to be an integral part of the care process. We are looking for a dynamic leader to help drive patient engagement and education. The employer will be a California professional corporation owned and directed by a licensed physician. The clinic will be located onsite at the offices of a major financial institution. Responsibilities: Lead Clinical Operations and the onsite team. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the clinic. Provide preventive care, primary care and urgent care services on site. Consult with patients to understand their health concerns. Guide, educate and support patients on their preventative care needs. Advise/refer patients for follow-up care. Provide telemedicine services as required. Creation of engagement activities for patients and event planning. Performance evaluations and team building. Requirements: MD/DO degree. Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following residency training. Current license to practice in the state of California. Must hold active BLS/ ACLS certification. Board certification in Internal medicine or Family practice. Background in family practice and preventive care preferred. Preventive medicine oriented. Patient education driven. Desire to be part of the change in our current healthcare system. Ability to adapt to change. Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
