As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience with the Marketing team, learning how we promote our campaigns, research, programs, and initiatives aimed at optimizing health for everyone. You will collaborate with various teams across the Marketing and technology department, contributing to our overall success through diverse marketing strategies and tactics, including media outreach, research, and administrative support.

EVEXIAS has multiple marketing internship opportunities available. Each intern will gain focus in one of three areas but have the opportunity to grow and learn in each area during his/her tenure.
Reports to Marketing Managers.

Internship Details: - 15-week Internship Experience: September 9 through December 20
- Working Hours: Preferred availability of 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Flexible to your school schedule, Monday through Friday on-site in Southlake, TX
- Fridays for Training Events will end at approximately 9:00 pm: 9/27/2024, 11/1/2024, 12/6/2024
- Saturdays required for Training Events: 9/28/2024, 11/2/2024, 12/7/2024 -

Responsibilities Event Planning and Management: •Support coordination and labor of a variety of events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops
•Support development of compelling event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and presentations
•Support help desk for events, calendar management, and FAQs
Public Relations: •Assist with media outreach and relationship-building
•Support development of coordinating social media plan
Digital Marketing: •Support digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website)
•Assist with content creation and distribution
•Support inquiries on digital assets from the field teams
Operations Support •Preparing Orders
•Customer Service
Qualifications •Current Student enrolled in local High School located near Southlake, TX
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team EVEXIAS
