Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role in Valdosta, GA for a Maintenance Supervisor at Ivie Lane. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair, and troubleshooting tasks on a daily basis. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of rental units, landscaping, and maintenance of common areas, and rehab/make-ready for vacant mobile homes in preparation for sale. Knowledge of ACs, plumbing, and electrical systems is a plus. Works as a team participant with the Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Director of Operations to ensure the communities meet the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.

SKILLS & EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Trade school, and/or military training, a plus. One to five years of hands-on maintenance experience (i.e., A/c troubleshooting/repair, drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpeting, and painting) is required. Must have own tools and own insurance. Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment. A valid driver's license, along with a good driving record and auto insurance, is required.
The responsibilities also include managing routine and emergency maintenance repairs, repairing machinery and equipment, plumbing, cooling and heating systems, wiring and electrical work, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, lawn care and maintenance, evaluating and scheduling significant repairs, and conducting property inspections.
