Position Overview:

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment. In this role, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring that all machinery functions efficiently to support uninterrupted manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct Maintenance team members in equipment repair and upkeep
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, ISO, and company safety policies
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including preventive maintenance schedules
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules to support production goals
• Communicate equipment status and project updates to supervisors, managers, and engineers
• Implement cost-saving strategies and improve efficiency in maintenance operations
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company policies
• Support predictive maintenance initiatives using modern technologies and data analysis

Required:

• Bachelor's degree + 1 year of maintenance experience in manufacturing OR
• Associate degree + 6 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to work 2nd shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday) with weekend overtime as needed
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred:

• 5-7 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance
• Experience in project and budget management
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment maintenance in a manufacturing facility
