Personal Injury Attorney

We’re not your typical law firm. We’re a small, focused team of trial lawyers who fight hard for the injured and never back down from a challenge. We’re looking for a Personal Injury Attorney who’s hungry to grow, ready to take on responsibility, and committed to delivering real results for clients who need strong advocates in their corner.

What You’ll Do:

• Run your own caseload with the support of a tight-knit, hands-on team.
• Meet with clients, build trust, and guide them through one of the hardest times in their lives.
• Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery — and handle cases from intake through trial if needed.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel to maximize client recovery.
• Show up in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court ready to fight for the client.

What We’re Looking For:

• JD and licensed to practice in GA (in good standing).
• 1–3+ years of personal injury or litigation experience preferred, but we value drive and talent above all.
• Strong writing and courtroom skills — confident, clear, and persuasive.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple cases without losing your edge.
• A “clients-first” mindset — we care deeply about the people we represent.
