We are looking for a fun, energetic, self-motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. We work hard to manage our projects so that our team spends “overtime” with their families. Responsibilities: Assists in planning, developing and coordinating interior/exterior lighting design solutions for commercial, industrial, and multi-family type projects including:

• AutoCAD and/or REVIT lighting plans showing layouts of devices, circuiting, schedules for specification of equipment, and installation details.
• Lighting calculations and renderings utilizing AGI32, Visual, Elumtools or equal.
• Generating COMCheck reports for energy compliance.
• Selection and specification of light fixtures and filling out light fixture schedules.
• Reviewing of lighting prior approvals and/or submittals.
• Responding to lighting plan review comments and RFI’s.

• 2+ years’ experience in lighting design.
• Proficiency in AGI32, Visual, or Elumtools.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or REVIT.
• Familiar with National Electrical Code, NFPA and building codes as it pertains to lighting design.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to be self-motivated and meet deadlines while working individually and in a team environment. Rocky Mountain Consulting Engineers
