Job Description: Position Summary:
Conformal Coat Operators assist with masking and conformal coating operations for the purpose of providing environmental protection for printed circuit boards to ensure quality as specified in customer instructions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Conformal coating - including taping /masking product, washing product, and feeding boards to coating machine.
? Touch-up coat assembled boards.
? Mechanical assembly as required.
? Document quality issues and scan all boards in Aegis.
? Follow EHS guidelines: Safety glasses, proper lifting, and approved footwear.
? Some overtime required.
? Work in other areas as needed.
? Some repetitive motion

Education and Experience:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Previous experience with touch up operating

Qualifications:
? Must be able to read documentation/drawings.
? Must be able to work without close supervision.

Typical Working Conditions:
? Office setting and environment
? The work environment is usually well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
? Exposure to heat or cold will mostly be limited to when walking from one building to another or if bay doors have been opened to allow for shipping and receiving activities. The use of safety equipment may be required.
? Most work will be conducted indoors in a ?shop? or manufacturing type environment.

Essential Physical Tasks:
? Regularly required to sit or stand, walk, bend and reach with hands and arms
? Regular use of hands/fingers for handling, holding, grasping and typing on a computer keyboard
? The facility has two floors requiring employees to go up and down stairs as needed
? The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside around manufacturing machinery and within a storage location
? The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
? Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
