● Educate new agents and assist experienced agents on day-to-day operations as well as encompass a sustainable office environment.
● Report and schedule weekly and monthly team statistics and meetings
● Work alongside broker and executive team to help develop and maintain business.
● Recruit & develop motivated agents.
● Help build our brand as a company. Have a vision for yourself and allow others to see it and mirror it.
