NOW HIRING LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION CREW LEADER – FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF $18.00 - $22.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Leap Frog is hiring a Landscape Installation Crew Leader to take charge of daily operations for landscape installation projects. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide a crew, ensure high-quality work, and help deliver top-tier service to our residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct daily activities of landscape crew members
• Lead installation of landscape features: planting, sod, mulch, edging, pavers, and drainage systems
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate clearly with clients and managers to ensure expectations are met
• Operate and maintain power equipment like skid steers and trimmers
• Train crew members on technique, safety, and performance standards
• Track progress and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets
• Complete work orders and reporting using mobile apps or systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of landscape installation experience
• Valid NC driver’s license with a good driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable cell phone with ability to communicate during work hours
• Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and time tracking
• Able to read and interpret site plans, safety procedures, and schedules
• Physically fit: able to lift 50–80 lbs, and perform bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Strong attendance, personal accountability, and dependability
