The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a technology and customer-focused professional to join our IT team as an IT Helpdesk and Collaboration Specialist based in our Renton, WA office.
How you will have an impact at TPG
The primary role of the IT Helpdesk and Collaboration Specialist is to provide technical support for the company’s collaboration platforms, like SharePoint and Teams. This individual will also handle IT helpdesk tasks, ultimately contributing to the organization’s overall success.

Key details
Location: Southport Office in Renton, WA; primarily in-office with hybrid remote opportunities (1-2 days/week). Open to considering Portland, OR office location.
Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri; some evening or weekend hours required
Salary Range: $28.85 – 33.65 hourly, non-exempt (DOE)
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.
Travel: Minimal overnight travel as business needs may require (such as visiting other office locations)
