The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws and regulations related to customs and trade. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with all import and export laws and regulations. Apply for and manage necessary certifications and licenses for import/export activities. Conduct internal compliance audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth and compliant transactions. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and inform relevant departments. Provide training to company personnel on compliance-related matters. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in import/export compliance or a similar role. Basic accounting knowledge. Strong knowledge of U.S. and international trade compliance regulations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and ideally SAP and/or ERP systems.
