Job Description

An experienced,   HVAC/R   Project Manager   motivated individual with a solution-orientated attitude and the desire to build a long-term career with our company. An ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency and approach complex situations with positivity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Tracking the overall progress of a project
  
• Maintaining a positive relationship with client
  
• Ensuring maximum profitability
  
• Managing/assisting in purchasing efforts
  
• Monitoring status of orders and subcontractors
  
• Keeping track of all quality control plans and control issues
  
• Monitoring costs to date and project invoicing
  
• Preparing monthly progress billings
  
• Managing labor goals, work force requirements, and MBE planning
  
• Monitoring drafting status, progress levels and projections
  
• Reviewing contracts and identifying concerns/opportunities
  
• Reviewing and evaluating overall project schedule/progress
  
• Evaluating productivity and progress reporting
  
• Monitoring labor costs for project profitability projections
  
• Attending essential virtual or on-site project meetings
  

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude with basic understanding of   HVAC /R and Plumbing   systems
  
• Interpersonal communication skills
  
• Computer and technology skills
  
• Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines
  
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and mechanical construction plans
  
• Familiarity of Plumbing, HVAC, and Process Systems and terminology
  
• Exceptional math, organization, verbal, written, and analytical skills
