Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across residential and industrial job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, components, or systems.
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
Thread pipes, connect fittings, and safely operate power tools.
Perform appliance and equipment repairs as needed.
Conduct system performance tests to ensure optimal function.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with other trades (e.g., carpenters, contractors) on job sites.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and building code regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
At minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC work (required).
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong skills in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, welding, and equipment maintenance
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations
Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed
Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
HVAC and/or plumbing certification (preferred)
EPA Refrigeration Certification
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
Schedule Options
8-hour shift
10-hour shift
12-hour shift
Must be able to work weekends and nights as necessary due to the on-call nature of HVAC work
