Oversee day-to-day service operations, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with service coordinators, warehouse/inventory manager, and sales manager to meet company goals. Set expectations for service appointments, safety, and industry compliance. Conduct training sessions to enhance technical skills and ensure service excellence. Monitor and evaluate technician performance, providing constructive feedback. Manage and control job expenses to meet budgetary requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Proven track record in HVAC service, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on efficiency. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse projects. Motivated, flexible, and positive attitude. Familiarity with operational processes, data analysis, and improvement initiatives. Valid DL and EPA Certification are required.
