Job Title: HVAC Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to manage and maintain various HVAC systems, including chillers, controls, boilers, compressors, fire panels, splits/mini splits, and commercial units.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and compressors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems and electrical components.
• Conduct maintenance on splits/mini splits and commercial units.
• Handle and respond to work orders and on-call/emergency calls efficiently.
• Ensure fire panels and safety systems are operational and compliant with regulations.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing work.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC and control systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Proficient in pneumatics and hydraulics.

Position Type

• This is a permenant placement opportunity - you would be a company employee, receiving company benefits day 1.
• Compensation for this role is between $70,000-$90,000.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
