Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team in the Livermore Office, specializing in Public Works projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction, with expertise in P6 and Microsoft Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring timely completion, and coordinating resources.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project schedules using P6 and Microsoft Project
- Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure timely completion of projects, identifying and mitigating potential delays
- Conduct resource allocation and leveling
- Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks
- Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet requirements

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in Heavy Civil construction, with a focus on Sewer, Water, Storm Drain Pipelines, Pump Stations, and Treatment Plants
- Expert-level proficiency in P6 and Microsoft Project
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Construction Management (BSCM)
- Proven experience working for a Contractor
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with public works projects
- Knowledge of industry-standard scheduling practices and techniques
- Certification in P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Experience with project management software and tools
