Join to apply for the GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR role at Black Butte Ranch . This position reports to the Facilities & Maintenance Director and is responsible for supervising a small team of grounds maintenance staff to provide a full range of services on our 1,800‑acre property in the Cascade foothills, just outside of Sisters, OR. We are looking for someone with experience supervising the work of others, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to work in all types of weather and on a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license, the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, and safe operation of a variety of machinery and equipment are required. Base pay range $23.00/hr - $26.00/hr This is a regular, full‑time, non‑exempt position, working 4 x 10‑hr days. Pay is from $23/hr based on skills and experience.
