Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Administrative Technician at our Goldrush operation. The successful candidate will perform support tasks such as document control, event planning, data entry, and expense management.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinating events including but not limited to scheduling, room set-up, catering, participant travel arrangements and technology coordination

* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in all work areas to provide a safe and health workplace for all employees, contractors and vendors

* Establish work relationships vital to efficiently execute the daily activities

* Provide confidential administrative support for the operations department

* Monitor and circulate mail, records, publications and or and maintain office supplies

* Serve as a liaison between managers, employees, and business partners, including scheduling for appointments and meetings

* Prepare confidential documents and presentations

* Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly communications

* Preform support tasks such as document control, data entry, and expense management

* Preform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Minimum of two (2) years' prior office administration, knowledge and skills equivalent to that gained through a clerical/secretarial experience preferred

* Valid drivers' license required

* Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds required

* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all times required

* Ability to organize and prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced, demanding environment required

* Ability to work unsupervised, and understand/follow work standards and procedures required

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Visio) Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP preferred

* Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion required
