Kinsley is offering a $25,000 sign-on bonus for an experienced "A-Level" Generator Technician in Boston. The optimal candidate will have 10+ years of generator field service experience on units ranging from 10kW to 1,500kW.

Generator Field Service Technician Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Extensive experience in performing preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, load-bank testing, and start-ups on generators.
• Skilled in preparing accurate repair quotes and completing/submitting work orders promptly.
• Capable of conducting major engine repairs and overhauls with precision.
• Demonstrates exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call, rotating schedule for emergency service.
• Must possess and maintain a comprehensive set of tools including a multi-meter, hand-tools, etc.
• Strong commitment to safety with an OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• Possession of a valid DOT Card (or ability to obtain one) and a valid driver's license.

Sign-on Bonus Stipulations: The bonus will be paid in two $12,500 installments: one upon hire and the other after 6 months. To be eligible, candidates must hold a current EGSA Journeyman Certification and/or score over 90% on the in-person KPS technician assessment exam and live within 30 minutes to downtown Boston.
