General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily. Training is provided on the job. We require clear communication skills to understand and convey written instructions and to interact with customers and co-workers.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator allowed).
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to perform precise movements quickly; ability to enter orders on computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse conditions while delivering product, including multi-story buildings and various sites.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks; in-store temperatures ranging from cool to hot; occasional temperature fluctuations; exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust; cramped quarters in walk-in cooler; hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts; driving and other delivery activities; ability to work under stress and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant Domino's or quick-service pizza experience
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
