We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to grow their career with us as we add additional Cherry Cricket locations within the Denver metro area! This position may be based within any of our existing or future restaurant locations. The General Restaurant Manager leads all aspects of our business while delivering an exceptional experience for our team and guests. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the General Manager will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our team to provide excellent guest service. The General Manager will ensure efficient restaurant operations while maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards. The General Manager is expected to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, the General Manager is responsible for all restaurant operations and ensures our restaurant runs smoothly while guests have fantastic dining experiences. Responsibilities: Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction Respond efficiently and accurately to guest concerns Regularly review product quality and research new vendors Organize and supervise shifts, manage the restaurant's overall operations, and suggest ways to improve it Recruit, hire, train, assess employee performance, provide feedback and set work schedules Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations Manage the restaurant’s image and suggest ways to improve it Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses, assist in creating the restaurant budget Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. promotions, community involvement and social media) Train new and current employees on proper guest service practices Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications and Requirements: Proven work experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, or similar role Experience in front of house management and back of house management is highly desired Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Proven guest service experience as a manager Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform guests and wait staff Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as Aloha, Toast or R365 Acute financial management skills Pay starting at $75,000+ per year, depending on experience, PLUS: Company provided (FREE) medical, dental and disability insurance for the manager!
