Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Contractor specializing in data center projects to oversee the construction process of our state-of-the-art bitcoin mining facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, possess exceptional leadership abilities, and demonstrate expertise in ensuring the successful completion of complex data center construction ventures. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the entire construction process, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgetary guidelines, and quality standards. Manage and supervise facility maintenance Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth workflow and project progression. Oversee on-site construction activities, conduct regular inspections, and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Provide effective leadership and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project. Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient project delivery. Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements and industry standards. Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide progress updates, address concerns, and resolve any construction-related issues. Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and ensure the delivery of a superior final product. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, change orders, and project records. Additional duties as assigned Requirements/ Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a General Contractor In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety protocols specific to data center facilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate construction teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyunder limited direct supervision Travel between CleanSpark facilities Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, LEED, PMP) are a plus.
