FrontEnd Developer Overview: TalentoHC partnered with a leading travel and hospitality company to find a Front-End Developer (React/Next.js). The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and operations, to define and execute initiatives that align with our strategic goals. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for building engaging web experiences using React.js and Next.js . You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to bring ideas to life, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a great user experience. Responsibilities: Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React and Next.js. Build reusable components and front-end libraries following best practices. Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) using Next.js. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform designs into functional code. Optimize applications for speed and scalability. Integrate APIs and backend services to support front-end functionality. Write clean, maintainable code with attention to performance and browser compatibility. Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement efforts. Requirements: 3+ years of experience developing front-end applications with React.js. Strong experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, and routing. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern ES6+ features. Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API. Experience consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Familiar with Git and modern CI/CD workflows. Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TypeScript in a production environment. Familiarity with headless CMS systems (e.g., Contentful, Sanity). Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). Experience with styled-components, TailwindCSS, or other CSS-in-JS libraries. Exposure to Vercel, Netlify, or cloud deployment platforms. Understanding of SEO best practices in modern front-end development.
