Role Summary The Store Manager will lead and drive sales by taking an Omni channel approach to the retail experience. Their goal is to deliver an environment that is engaging and inspiring to the customer while shaping a strong store culture. Role Responsibilities Brand Experience Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values; partners with the leadership team on creating an engaging visual experience that appeals to the FP customer. Advocates for technology usage and trains the team to transact in the moment to deliver a seamless Omni-channel retail experience; ensures merchandising and display presentations create a compelling atmosphere. Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection and encourages the team to build lasting relationships through personalized service, product recommendations, and authentic engagement. Leadership + Team Management Continuously plans talent development to build a strong internal bench, maintains a network of great candidates, hires exceptional people, and creates personalized succession plans; facilitates onboarding for new hires to promote a strong brand, customer, and store connection. Participates as the manager-on-duty, driving engagement in each zone through communication, adaptability, and fostering a collaborative environment; exhibits decision-making and multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes employee development to ensure team expertise on product fit and styling, providing timely and specific feedback to foster a culture of action and accountability. Visual + Business Operations Oversees daily operating procedures, staff scheduling, and payroll management. Collaborates with partners to execute visual priorities, interpreting Home Office directions to impact store structure, displays, and merchandising. Uses company tools to analyze business opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels; networks with the local community to generate event ideas that drive community connection and sales. Adheres to safety standards, maintains inventory accuracy, reduces product loss, and upholds all policies to support store profitability. Communication + Relationships Leads with an inclusive, people-first philosophy; encourages open dialogue and supports team members at all levels. Fosters a culture of communication and teamwork, balancing customer service, operational tasks, and visual needs; stays current with interoffice communication. Protects time with direct reports, sets goals, and delivers feedback for personal growth. Provides insights related to the customer experience, communicates feedback to management, and participates in company forums sharing store ideas and scenarios.
