Job Title: Field Sales Consultant

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers and existing accounts to sell our product/s and services.
Position reports directly to the President. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The following description of job responsibilities are intended to reflect the major responsibilities and duties of the job, but is not intended to describe minor duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. - Demonstrate, promote and sell Chemcraft’s products
- Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers
- Develop new accounts and foster relationships
- Maintain close communication with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention
- Track progress and results
- Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system and utilize our company’s ERP system and technology
- Research and understand target market
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and Chemcraft’s overall market opportunity
- Meet and exceed targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for new customer acquisition, sales and product mix penetration
- Penetrate and grow assigned accounts
- Drive company proprietary systems sales
- Communicate company “lowest total cost solution” business proposition and purpose statement (utilize consultive sales tools to support the implementation of “lowest total cost solutions” within key accounts)
- Complete client profiles
- Provide and/or coordinate systems and solution training for your customers
- Support corporate initiatives as identified by the company to include product launches and training programs
- Attend company sales meetings Support company open houses, seminars and trade fairs
- Communicate customer concerns to management
- Maintain a professional appearance that is client appropriate
- Properly maintain a reliable vehicle
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. EXPERIENCE & TRAINING: Two to Three years of experience selling a product or service is required. SKILLS & ABILITY: Advanced interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a cross functional team environment, making timely decisions and taking actions independently. Excellent analytical, conflict resolution and problem solving skills. Strong written, communication and listening skills. Must be detailed oriented with emphasis on targeted results and measurement tools. Positive attitude, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, teamwork oriented environment. Ability to work autonomously using independent thinking with confidence. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
