Job Description

Full time executive housekeeper for principal with luxury condo in Miami Beach, FL. The household consists of a couple who spend approximately 6 months out of the year in residence as well as their butler and chef. Schedule is flexible when principal is in town to include weekends and possibly a later start. Monday to Friday, 8-hour daytime schedule when principal is away. Ideal person is hands-on with attention to detail in cleaning, organizing, and completing household tasks.

Candidate MUST have experience working in high end homes and caring for high end finishings providing 5-star hospitality housekeeping

Candidate MUST be able to work well and coordinate with other staff (Butler & Chef)

Candidate MUST know how to be discreet, professional and non-intrusive

Candidate MUST be pet friendly

Job Duties;

• General Housekeeping and organizing of the home with attention to detail. 5-star service
• Detailed deep cleaning
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing and floor care
• Making the beds. Tidying and straightening up the bedrooms. Organizing all areas
• Refreshing towels & robes. Bathroom cleanup, cleaning the mirrors, counter tops, cabinets etc.
• Knowledge of different surfaces and their proper care (Marble, stainless steel etc.)
• Organizing closet, pantries
• Monitor inventory & groceries. Ensure that the home is fully stocked. Organizing kitchen cabinets, fridge and pantries. Check for expired dates on items etc.
• Laundry and ironing for the family. Wardrobe care and organization. Care for high end clothing (Dry cleaners etc.), Shoe care
• Receive packages
• Grocery shopping. Running errands
• Petcare for dog
• Occasional vendor/contractor supervision
• All other housekeeping related duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years housekeeper experience in a high-end/formal residence
• Professional references
• Must be a team player and able to get along well with others.
• Pet friendly

Compensation: $38/$40 plus per hour BOE. PTO. Medical, dental and vision insurance. 401k
