We’re looking for a detail-driven, emotionally intelligent, and laser-focused Executive Assistant (EA) to support a high-performing CEO with big vision, high standards, and a full plate .

This isn’t your typical assistant role. The right person will become the gatekeeper, time protector, and operational sidekick to a leader who needs help managing intensity, staying grounded, and finding better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management : Own the CEO’s schedule with precision—protect time, build buffers, and prioritize what truly matters.
• Inbox & Communication : Filter, delegate, and respond on the CEO’s behalf—clear, professional, and efficient.
• Project Coordination : Track deadlines, keep deliverables moving forward, and follow up with stakeholders via tools like Monday.com.
• Document Prep : Draft and organize contracts, HR forms, and operations-related paperwork.
• CRM Support : Maintain and organize client data in HubSpot; pull quick metrics and reporting.
• Workflow Optimization : Spot inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and help build smarter systems.

What We're Looking For

• Experience : 3+ years in a high-level admin or EA role with a fast-paced, high-stakes executive
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Slack, and HubSpot
• Emotionally Intelligent : Able to anticipate needs, read between the lines, and handle feedback with maturity
• Assertive & Reliable : Confident in setting boundaries, pushing back professionally, and holding your ground when needed
• Organized & Strategic : Thinks ahead, stays calm under pressure, and thrives in high-expectation environments
