The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
What you'll be doing as a Event Staff Worker:
- Assist with site setup while working under the mentorship of the event manager
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Unload trucks and place equipment in staging areas for assembly
- Build tents, Staff pipe and drape configurations for trade show booths, and arrange tables and chairs
- Help with the teardown of events, take inventory of all items, and pack them for easy use at the next event
- Moving staging, lighting, audio and other misc equipment from loading docks and into various areas of the Arena.
- Associates will then assist with general help to the road crews that are doing the installs.

Job Requirements:
- Experience in event work or a similar fast-paced industry is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Capable of remaining in a stationary position for extended periods
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to understand and speak English
