You will assist with various tasks before, during, and after events, providing exceptional service and support to guests and event coordinators. Responsibilities: Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment. Assist in registration and guest check-in processes. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs. Serve food and beverages as required, following health and safety guidelines. Monitor event flow and assist event coordinators as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the event. Assist with the tear-down and cleanup after events, ensuring all equipment is returned and spaces are left in good condition. Qualifications: Qualifications Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
