Are you passionate about curating unforgettable experiences in one of Chicago's most unique event settings? Do you have a talent for organization, leadership, and ensuring every detail is just right? We're looking for an Event Coordinator to oversee the Candlelight Concert Series, a mesmerizing live music experience set in an intimate, candlelit atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the entire event to ensure smooth and seamless execution.
• Manage VIP seating and assist special guests, including influencers.
• Delegate tasks to the setup and tear-down teams for an efficient process.
• Assist with electric candle placement and ensure the venue ambiance is flawless.
• Be the main point of contact for all event logistics and on-site problem-solving.
• Set up marketing signs and banners to direct guests to the concert.
• Follow a pre-designed layout to ensure proper setup and execution.
• Pay: $25-$30 per hour
  Hours: 5 hours per event (starting once per month, increasing to twice monthly)
  Event Hours: 5:00 PM - 10:00/11:00 PM

Who You Are:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Experienced in event coordination (wedding planning, catering management, or event planning preferred)

A natural leader who can manage teams and delegate effectively

Personable and professional, comfortable engaging with VIPs and influencers

Quick-thinking and adaptable to last-minute changes
