HORNE Cybers Cybersecurity Inside Sales Representative will focus efforts on creating leads and developing prospects through market research, cold calling, and prospecting while working closely with other sales team members and internal stakeholders to drive revenue.

**Essential Functions:**

* Research and contact potential clients through cold calls, social media, and emails within the U.S.

* Set up and facilitate meetings or calls between prospects, sales, and technical leads

* Assist in proposal development

* Log progress in CRM system and report on targets and quotas to leadership on a monthly basis

* Be able to identify prospects needs and qualify opportunities

* Customize value discussions with end users to increase customer interest

* Stay up to date on the competitive cybersecurity landscape

* Attend industry events and conferences to support business development efforts as needed

* Work closely with HORNE Cyber Sales Team and Subject Matter Experts to gain an understanding of our evolving service offerings and develop value driven messaging

**Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with sales processes, including lead generation, discovery, etc.

* Strong presentation skills, in-person and virtually

* Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

* Track record of achieving sales quotas

* Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)

* Familiarity with MS Office 365 suite

* Highly motivated, driven by over-quota performance results

* High emotional intelligence and strong business acumen

* Demonstrates a passion to continually learn and grow

* Proven track record of lead generation and prospect nurturing, preferably in technology or information security services

* Proven to be good at time management, organization, and demonstrate self-discipline

**Preferred Education and Experience:**

* Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree, or equivalent years of experience preferred

* 1+ years of sales experience selling B2B services, IT or Cybersecurity experience preferred
