Job Summary:

The Rustman Agency is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Remote Sales Representative. This is a full-time, commission-only position located in Metamora, Illinois. As an individual contributor, the Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only position, with the potential for high earning potential based on performance. The Rustman Agency also offers performance-based incentives and bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling and networking
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the company
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and market research
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify potential areas for growth
- Create and deliver sales presentations to showcase products and services to potential customers
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track progress towards goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
