Overview

We are seeking an Entry-Level Management Analyst to join our team at GovCIO. In this role, you will provide support for program management, data analytics, and reporting activities at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and compile information for timely responses and ad hoc assignments.
• Create and update project Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Understand client needs, perform gap analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Create project deliverables, assess project effectiveness using source data, and disseminate information among customers.
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
• Track, forecast, and report on project progress.
• Recommend solutions to changes in requirements and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 0 - 3 years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments

Preferred:

• Experience in project documentation and meeting support
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong understanding of project management and data analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Clearance Required:

• Ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance (US citizenship required)
