Job Description

As a Relyance AI Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you will play a critical role in our success as you manage lead generation, new business prospecting, and partner with our Sales team to grow business across multiple industries and geographies. This role must be able to commute to the San Francisco office (44 Montgomery Street) up to 2 days a week. As a Sales Development Representative, your role will include: Qualifying and generating leads through inbound and outbound outreach activities. Articulating the Relyance AI value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information through multiple communication channels. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics. Providing in-depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos. Keeping up with product, service information, and updates, and generating updated email scripts. Keeping Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads updated and current. Documenting every prospect interaction in Salesforce, including LinkedIn messages, phone calls, emails, etc. Following approved practices for outreach to prospective customers. This role could be a fit for you if you bring: Experience as an SDR in the SaaS industry. Experience generating sales opportunities with Enterprise prospects. Awareness of competitive offerings with respect to competing products and services. Analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills. Core remote characteristics including being self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently. Experience in the security or privacy space. Startup experience. As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $55,000 to $70,000.
