Email Specialist - Ryze Agency, Fort Lauderdale, FL

Ryze Agency is seeking a talented Email Specialist to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo, and will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective email campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

BASIC PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of the Email Marketing Specialist is to develop, execute, monitor, adapt and measure performance on results-driven demand generation (lead generation + lead nurturing) email marketing campaigns for the organization’s multiple brands.

 

• Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
• Segment audiences and create personalized email flows to improve engagement and conversions
• Analyze email performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling email content and designs
• Ensure email campaigns align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends

• Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
• Create engaging text, image and video content for email marketing.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
• Manage email campaigns from start to finish, including planning, testing, evaluating and reporting offering proactive insights for improving performance.
• Measure and implement tactics for growth.
• Provide regular email analytics and reporting updates to leadership and social team
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in email marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Understanding and proven experience using AI / Chat GPT
• Experience with e-commerce platforms 
• Photoshop skills a plus
