Due to our growth, we are looking for a Physician Recruiter to join our Clinical Recruiting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through physician databases, websites, job boards, cold calling, and building relationships with residency programs. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Preference is given to individuals located in Atlanta, GA. Hybrid role, remote considered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
· Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and CV reviews
· Participating in conferences, job fairs, and physician recruitment opportunity events
· Some travel to attend conferences and candidate hospital tours.
Requirements:Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Effective communication skills
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
· High-energy and passion
· Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
· Minimum of two (2) years of Healthcare recruitment experience
· Hospital Medicine and/or Emergency Medicine recruitment experience required
