Position Overview: Avidex is seeking an eCommerce Manager to lead the success of our Avidex Online Store (AOS), an e-commerce platform that offers a wide range of AV and UC products to enhance team collaboration and business value. The AOS provides an easy purchasing experience for audio, video, display, collaboration, presentation, and control systems.
The eCommerce Manager will develop and execute inbound and outbound strategies to drive traffic and increase product sales on the AOS platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of optimizing user experience, improving conversion rates, and maximizing revenue. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of e-commerce KPIs and deliver a seamless and effective shopping experience for our customers.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales and marketing in a B2B environment.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in inbound and outbound marketing, including email and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive actionable insights from data.
- Focus on user experience and customer ease of use.
- Commitment to company values and business objectives.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities: - Enhance the AOS user experience to boost conversion rates and revenue.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Partner teams to align products and solutions in the AOS catalog.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, traffic, and conversions.
- Work with Avidex and Manufacturer marketing teams to create compelling content for campaigns.
- Manage targeted outbound marketing campaigns, including paid search, social, organic search, and email.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts with cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing.
