Your day-to-day will look like:

• Adhere to Halls health and safety program and guidelines
• Maintenance of drill (greasing etc.)
• Pre-inspection checklist

You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills:

• Experience operating a 3800 top hammer Gardner Denver Air Track drill
• Drilling experience in all kinds of ground conditions (sandstone, till, pit run, etc.)
• Experience drilling with hollow core anchors (IBO)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a positive team environment
• Ability to work independently

Technical Skills:

• Operational experience with a shotcrete pump
• Drilling experience operating a 3800 Gardner Denver air track
• Grouting experience
• Thorough understanding of shoring & site drawings

Interpersonal Skills:

• Great attitude towards safety
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Problem solver confident in decision making
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to excel in a team atmosphere
