The Director of Product Development Pipeline (P2M) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for orchestrating Old Navy’s end-to-end product development lifecycle—from concept to customer. This role is both visionary and operational, driving strategic transformation initiatives that enhance speed, agility, and innovation across the product-to-market (P2M) ecosystem. This role will report into the VP, Product-to-Market Enablement and Operations leader.
Operating within a highly matrixed, global environment, the Director partners closely with senior leaders across Design, Merchandising, Planning, Production, Tech Design, Quality Assurance, Fabric R&D, and Global Sourcing to ensure alignment, accountability, and executional excellence.
