Job Description

Job Summary: Primark Benefits is seeking an experienced Defined Benefit / Defined Contribution (DB/DC) Pension Administrator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, IRS regulation/compliance knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. The role involves comprehensive plan administration for a caseload of retirement plans, including client and advisor consultations. Responsibilities: Complete the entire annual administration cycle for defined benefit and defined contribution plans, including testing, valuations, distributions/loans, asset reconciliations, and client consultations. Handle special engagements such as audits and EPCRS, among others. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in DB/DC work (Required) Proficiency in complex Section 401(a)(4) and 401(a)(26) testing (Required) Experience in preparing proposals (Preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Preferred) Experience with ASC Compliance Systems, FTWilliam 5500, and Pension Pro (Strongly Preferred) Additional ASPPA or NIPA credentials (Preferred) Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
